I'm starting this blog in an effort to plan better, not waste any food, make sure we are getting our 5 fruits and veggies daily, and to not be running to the store at the last minute and buy more than I really needed!

1/14/2012 Dinner Mexican-Style Chicken Tortilla Soup
Campbell's Select Harvest Mexican-Style Chicken Tortilla Soup I added 1/4 cup left over whole grain rice to it while it was cooking on the stove. I do NOT care for the soup that says "Now better than Ever"

1/14/2012 Breakfast Smoothie and toast
Smoothie Ingredients
- 2 cups of Vanilla Coconut milk
- 2 tablespoons of Ester-C (vitamin granules) I use orange flavor
- 2 heaping tablespoons of Whole Psylliun Husk (dietary fiber flakes)
- 2/3 cups frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 3/4 cup key lime pie yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/13/2012 Dinner Whole Grain Blueberry toaster waffles and oranges
by the end of the night my hand was throbing and when I said ok time for me to make dinner Chloe decided to take charge of dinner planned and did it all by herself! I am so lucky to have such sweet girls :)

I love how Hannah, Chloe, and Abby jumped in and made lunch for each other and Lily since I had hurt my hand!
